Today were held the funerals of the 9 (or 11 or 16 or 18) Immams killed in Brega yesterday.
The event management process of today poses a prickly problem for mobile marketers.
Firstly, it confirms that random text messaging and main stream media announcements dilute the concept.
It also confirms without solid community endorsement, the target audience is not moved to act.
Previous attempts of text messaging to drum up support have already been proven less than effective.

Let’s take a moment to analyse the axes of improvement:
1. Branding - Without a clear identification of the sender, how can the target audience relate to the concept? Always promote your brand/event/concept.
2. Sentiment - Avoid words such as “evil”. This generates negative sentiment and aversion. Always federate with positive expressions.
3. Rewards - The target audience should feel privileged. Why not offer something rewarding and empowering. Perhaps regime change?
In an nutshell :
If using a purely mobile marketing strategy to promote a concept, event or political ideology - speak the language of the sought after audience!
